Our Prices:

• Occupancy max. 2 persons
• Minimum stay 4 or 7 nights  (exceptions possible on request)
• Non smoking house
• No pets allowed
• Reservations / bookings can only be made in writing

Check-in:    from 3pm    / Check-out:    until 10am 

Terms of Payment: 

30% deposit on reservation / booking

Final payment 2 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer

Cancellation Policy:  

In case of cancellation we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees for non-rental. These are calculated from the total cost of the booking plus a processing fee of 50 Euros.

To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance, e.g. with the "European Travel Insurance (ERV)"
